Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close: A Novel

Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close - Jonathan Safran Foer One of my favorite books of all times, Foer hit the nail on the head with this one. The narrator was innocent enough that we all remember how we felt before 9/11, and the narrator is wise enough that we all realize what was taken from us that day. It's a compelling tale, an adventure in grief and happiness and loneliness and understanding. I'm not a Foer fan in general, but this book claimed a special corner of my heart.
